1. Acceptance

By installing or using TextPipe ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Preview Status

This release is an Android preview and TextPipe is coming soon. Hosted account, managed routing, email delivery, and billing services are not active yet and must not be relied on as available services.

3. Service Description

In direct mode, the App forwards incoming SMS messages from your Android device to the Telegram bot and chat that you configure. It requires internet access, Android permissions, and valid Telegram credentials.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You must have lawful authority to receive and forward messages on the device.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy, telecommunications, employment, and data-protection laws.
• You are responsible for securing the device, Telegram bot token, and destination chat.
• You must rotate the bot token if you believe it has been exposed.
• You must not use TextPipe for spam, fraud, harassment, unauthorized surveillance, or other unlawful activity.

5. Hosted Subscription

No hosted subscription is sold through this preview. If a hosted service is launched, its price, limits, renewal terms, cancellation process, and payment-provider terms will be shown before purchase.

6. Service Availability

The App depends on Android, your phone and carrier, internet connectivity, and the Telegram Bot API. Delivery may be delayed, duplicated, or lost. The preview may change or stop without notice.

7. Security

SMS messages can contain sensitive information. Telegram recipients may retain or forward messages after delivery. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate destination and protecting access to it.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXTPIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING MISSED, DELAYED, DUPLICATED, OR DISCLOSED MESSAGES.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, website, design, and branding are the property of TextPipe or their respective licensors. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
